Food Balance provides nutritional coaching to clients to improve their health through diet and lifestyle interventions. We focus on preventative healthcare. Through nutritional consultations, dietary and lifestyle analysis we aim to understand your nutritional needs, which we will seek to address through personalised plans and lifestyle advice.

How We Obtain Your Personal Data

Information Provided by You:

You provide us with personal data in the following ways:

  • By completing a nutritional and lifestyle questionnaire.
  • By signing informed consent on the client nutritional consultation form.
  • During a nutritional consultation (online).
  • Through email, phone calls, or WhatsApp.
  • By booking sessions and making payments online.

This may include the following information:

  • Basic details such as name and contact details.
  • Details of contact we have had with you, such as appointment requests.
  • Health information, dietary and lifestyle.
  • Payment and billing information is through Calendly.

We use this information to provide you with direct nutritional coaching. The legal basis for holding your personal data is legitimate interest. Following completion of your nutritional plan, we retain your personal data for the period defined by our professional associations. This enables us to process any complaints you may make. The legal basis for holding your personal data in this case is contract administration.

We act as a data controller for the use of your personal data to provide direct nutritional coaching.
