I am passionate about helping people feel healthier. After my own diagnosis of pre-diabetes, high cholesterol and IBS, I knew I had to make some changes in my own eating habits to make me feel better and be healthier.
Realising that what I was eating was affecting my health and seeing how I made my health better through food gave me a kick start into training to become a qualified Nutrition Coach.
The most fascinating discovery for me was the energy I gained and the new challenges I have been able to complete, with a nice surprise of weight loss and feeling good!
